Contact adsense support and request them to enable ads on that site.

yup. done it already but no response so far.

The thing is the page they told is aghast TOS was a page which i had long forgotten. Section which gets traffic and clicks is on a sub domain of this domain name and has nothing to do with it. ( main domain doesn't get much traffic ) So i thought to redirect traffic to another site which is about the same niche as site on the sub domain. Since the problem was in ad placement i wonder this would be fine with Google.

if your site violates TOS, it might get banned from adsense and ads would not be served on your site. if you fix your site and make it compliant, google might remove the ban of your site. contact adsense on this

Yeah Well I received a mail from Google saying they ve enabled ads on that site.

One lesson learn from it is that never keep different niches in same site as subdomains. coz if they want to ban one they would just ban the domain and all subdomains would lost ads.
