disabled in the server configuration

    I am trying to add a php site to the coop for the first time and I am getting the error below when adding the PHP code to my footer, is this a problem at my end?

    Warning: file_get_contents(): URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /home/tattoo/www/ad_network_206.php on line 40

    Warning: file_get_contents(http://ads.digitalpoint.com/network.php?b=www.tattoodesigner.net&type=link): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/tattoo/www/ad_network_206.php on line 40

    Currently it requires that fopen allows URL file access, but your server does not. I'm going to make a change to the ad_network PHP file this weekend to get around that though, so...

    Excellent, that would be appreciated, I though this site was with a pretty popular php host, anyways I will keep an eye on the date in the setup instructions for ad_network_207.php to see when it changes and try that.
