Google emailed me saying they disabled my adsense account because there were fake clicks on my ads.. I use these ads both on my forum and youtube account (im a partner)

I never told anyone to click my ads, but i have had issues with another youtube partner that i beleive sent people over to click my ads and get me in trouble.. He made death threats against me and i reported it to my local police station. I also explained all of this to Google in my appeal..

Do you think i have a chance of winning and getting my account reinstated? I really didnt do anything wrong...

Have any of you gone through this issue?

Sorry to say that the chances to get back your account is low.
The reasons is you shall bare the risk if you putting your ads on the website (it doesnt matter is partner or your friends etc)

I would have to agree. I think the best thing to do in these situations (not that you could have helped it this time) is to stay very anonymous and "behind the scenes" if you ever do it again. Sorry to hear that though.

Best way is to apply for a new account with different website, different address and if possible different name (may be ur friend whom u can trust). There is very little chance of getting a banned account back.
