disable PrivacyProtect "Stageris.com Is Scam"

    I have three domaine on the company stageris.com and I want to sell must be transferred to any other company.
    But in order for the transfer must disable PrivacyProtect ,I can not disable it from Control Panel Domain.
    So I contacted the company's technical support, but the admin deletion of my ticket without answering.
    I tried dial-up, but the answer machine says to leave a message , No technical support is now

    Are there other solutions to transfer my Domains?

    How many days you got this problem? Is it from last many days or its just once you tried contacting them and you are telling them scam???
