Ok; I have an online comic which for the most part is PG-13 (minor language slip here and there :) )

So here's where my question lies:

Can I post mature content on my site if Google ad's are disabled/hidden when mature content is visible.

    Case example:

    Page 1: Cute Fluffy Bunnies
    --Google ad's present/shown

Page 2: Content against Google's policy
--Google ad's not present/not shown (IE no one can view or click them)

Is this acceptable to Google? or would it get me banned?

    thanks

    -Scott

*Edit* Answer was no it would get me banned...content applies to all portions of the website *edit*

Really? That is interesting to know - I thought it only applied to the page the adsense code was on. Did you get that answer straight from Google?

I suggest that you contact adsense support.
