    Hello there,

You would need to remove the cron from running on your account. If you have cPanel, this can be done through that interface.

    Regards,
    Chris

You would have to go into the Cron manager and remove the line that calls the cron itself.

If you log into cPanel on your web hosting account. Usually at the bottom you will find a icon called CronJobs click that and locate the cronjob that runs the cron.php in the WHMCS directory. You can either delete that or amend the timings there. If you are using WHMCS as a functional hosting and billing manager the cronjob is required.
