    Hi

I've been forced to register another account on here purely as I'm not getting a response on Twitter.

Please could 2FA be disabled for my account that I have held here since 2006?

    My profile is here https://www.digitalpoint.com/members/papa_face.48266/

Mods please PM me to discuss further.

Sure, you would just need to prove account ownership somehow first.

Not sure... that's up to you if you are unable to do it the normal way (with your username, password and 2FA code).

Can you email the email address associated with the account and I'll reply? Not sure how else to do it...

I'm not sure... what happened to your cell phone (or whatever you used for 2FA)?

I got a new iPhone and totally forgot about my google authenticator only after I'd got rid of my old phone. The previous auth info isn't recoverable. DP isn't the only place I've had to get 2FA removed from.

It should be done. Let me know from the other account if it's working for you.
