I was just running across google today and found www.dirwell.com Any idea to whom does this belong to? The design is very impressive and so are the inner sections. Who has designed this template? I'l love to have the concept for my upcoming portals. Glad to see an impressive stuff in the directory industry!
I'm not sure if they're on DP. I know it's a 31 year old guy called Faisal Nawaz from Pakistan. Here are links to his profiles on various SN sites: www.stumbleupon.com/stumbler/deepineyes www.last.fm/user/deepineyes www.iguides.org/forums/members/deepineyes.html
He is not new nor even new to the websites niche of directories. I know this guy personally who's in the back of this project [Coolweb]. I must say very nice and clean design and plus in all very cool project. I really like his topics section. Very well known directory man is in the back of this project so my prayers and wishes are with him. Good luck Asim you always rock.
Nice looking but then look at how empty it is, most of the categories are empty, its a paid directory but theres 204 submissions pending, i aint falling for that one.
Looks nice, but there's nothing in it. Sometimes less is more - not in terms of content, but rather flair Does look cool though. I think I'll stick with SIMPLE and concentrate on maintaining the content.
The dir looks like a blog. Design sucks, and very less content. Around 9000 categories - only 387 active links. Huh!
Just check it out moment but i do not think the template is much impress me as i do not like the style the article place.
Yes, it belongs to us (Me (coolweb) and Faisal Nawaz (creative head)) Combined effort of both of us! We have been struggling with this project for the last 1+ year, trying to complete it's design and development phase. Will go for editing work soon (hopefully from June 2010) The thing is that it's not officially launched yet, we are trying our best to build it's index. The target is to reach 50K categories and 100K+ authoritative site listings!
Very well done job Asim! Lovely website, looks really fab! Good Luck with the project, I know you work really hard!
I like the design. But some syntactical changes need to be made in the About note. Lot of efforts in coding. It's a good thing that they havent officially lauched it yet: a matured step toward marketing.
