He was trying to sell yndringtones.com to me a few days ago. Luckily i did not buy it.

He used mass mailing at yndforum for just 2 days and looking to sell the ringtone site for more than 6X monthly revenue.

This is a true scammer.

 

Some corrections.

The MySpace account for the maggot is incorrect.

I found the real deal. BTW: Phong is not a girl, as shown in his profile pic.

All indications do indeed put him in the Seattle/Tacoma area. On all domains checked, the street address/phone numbers were incorrect.

But we're 90% sure that's where he is.

Try switchboard.com to find a person and his location (they sometimes have good upto date info)

 

May be some MOD can help here and let us know his state (by looking his IP address)

 

Look you guys, the above address is about as close to the real thing as we're going to get. I've done exhaustive tracking to find him, and I even found which college in Tacoma that he attends.

Again, this is 98% certain.

He left quite a trail on the internet. Moreover, by using the many reverse lookups on the net, I was able to narrow it down to one address.

He may no longer live with his parents, but that's his address; I'd bet money on it.

 

Finally. I got my money refunded by payapl (quiet fast I would say).

Yes. I think. 3 of us filed the similar compalint against him and so paypal can easily see that this is a fraud case and he would refund the money. But it takes time of around 20 days or so.

This isn't over. I, too, received a refund. However, I spent the last 2 days tracking that maggot, so I want more than a refund.

He actually asked me to put a good word in for him to the admins at DP. Like hell I will!

I want this guy to understand that I CAN get to him, legally, and that what he has done to us is not a game of cat and mouse, but a crime.

I may be a peon on DP, but I'm a respected power seller on Ebay, and I will not put up with this B.S here, or anywhere.

The wheels are in motion, and I'll be damned if I'm going to stop them...

 

This guy sent me an email today saying...

Legal action.. ha ha ha! BTW, I have never done an DDOS on anybody's site ever.
