    Jim I certainly hope he refunds, but from his unethical stance so far, I imagine you'll have to wait on PayPal but he's likely already drained the funds. I hope it works out and soonest; it's troubling to see good members get ripped off like this ... new members get offended when people want to only deal with more senior, well reputed or solid iTrader ratings - this is why!

    Yup..i didn't know you paid for it when i PM him the offer....i didn't pay him at once because there is no i trader. Then i do a little more research and found that he is scamming other...

    I hope i can find his real name and make this thread #1 of SEPR, his whole life will be done by then

    I'm back! How goes the battle? Did you contact your bank? Really, that's the best way.

    All of you naysayers: there is little doubt that Paypal will refund our money; it just takes the standard 20 days, which is why it's much faster to cancel the transaction via the bank.

    This isn't the first time I've been defrauded. A few years ago, an Ebayer pulled this kind of stunt. I contacted my bank, and they did a chargeback.

    Not only that, they mounted an investigation and nailed the guy for fraud!

    Naturally, it will take time, but time I have, so no problem.

    Be on the watch for the maggot. He'll likely move there or Ebay.

    Also, he has been banned on DP. However, he may simply sign up with a different member name and carry on biz as usual.

    I paid him from my available cash in paypal and not from bank so can't get refund from bank. I have contact my friend Washington to call him up and if required, take help from police.
