    You should note on your submission form that your Featured links are $2.50 per month (not permanent, or even yearly) so that people know that up-front. People assume it's permanent if you don't state a time-limit on the submission form. It wasn't until I submitted to directoryoink.com/education/ did I see that info.

    If you actually fill in the info for it and go to the second page it clearly says it.
