DirectoryM... and recommendations on sending to collections?

As a solo-proprietor, I comfortably work at home without the hassles of the commute and co-workers.

With this being said, how can I, as an individual, send a larger corporation to collections?

I signed a 12 month contract with DirectoryM. After 2 months, they stopped paying.

The 3rd month was posted and advertised; however without payment. They called to set delays, sent me to different people, just flat out gave me the run around.

DirectoryM owes me/my small one person business at the very least for the 3rd month advertising.

I also feel that they should pay for the full contract amount.

Is this a legal issue? I don’t want to pay for a lawyer to resolve.

Any collection agencies work on a case-by-case basis? This has never happened in my 10 years of a SEO’er.

    Be warned about the DirectoryM!
