Directoryfrenzy.com general web directory for sale

I started this directory a couple of months ago, and have no time to work on it any more. It is running PHPld 3.2 ($25 value) with several mods (listed bellow) had been getting pretty good traffic and a little revenue via adsense not much like $15.00 in the last few months. It has been averaging about 100 submissions a day. and is placing #19 for "free deep links", and 55 for "deep links directory" on google and has 2,890 pages indexed by google. I ran a page rank prediction at iwebtool.com at it says a PR4. The domain is registered at godaddy (expirers on 9/22/2008) and will be transfered to your godaddy account for free. I will even transfer the site to your host if you like. With a little work this site could go places i just don't have the time anymore. Let me know if you have any questions.
