in your windows

surf to this folder: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

open up the hosts file (wordpad or note pad will do)

you will see
127.0.0.1 localhost

Right below it add this:
72.14.205.80 toolbarqueries.google.com


so it will look like this:

127.0.0.1 localhost
72.14.205.80 toolbarqueries.google.com


now save the file.


Done deal. You will now pull the PR value from that updated DC.
