Total Income since March 25th (just over a week ago) from link sales only (not including adsense) = $75.69

Domain is over a year old but site has only gone up in late March.
Uniques in March = 216
Uniques in April (first 4 days) = 86
Spent about $7 on adwords promoting the site.

Runs phplinkdirectory.

Current bid $220.

I am thinking of a BIN of $650.
Not going to set an auction end date yet. If bidding doesn't reach what i conceive to be a fair price then I reserve the right not to sell and perhaps relist at a greater price at a later date.

Changing BIN to $1200. I can do this as no one has bidded at the BIN so not effecting anyone.
I have come to this re-evaluation as after the last update:
Site is now PR4.

As for the site being new - that's good, it means there are still loads of people to submit their sites, which means loads of revenue still to come in.

How does it come that almost all payments are made on the same day within half hour ? Thereafter suddenly a lot less (1 selling)..

Oh I see. That explains it. Looking at the email addresses makes it kinda obvious now. I have sold one featured link on top of that in that week.

Maybe I should keep this for a while - so that income stats are more reliable/sustainable?
Unless someone wants to snap it up early?

Yes I can, it is not at BIN, i said i reserve the right not to sell if the bidding does not reach a level i am happy with.

unfortunatelly he can retract, the most you can do to him is give him a red mark.
