Selling directory with custom skin, mods

This directory while I was actively promoting it was making good money. Revenue is now negligible however can easily be resurrected.

Runs the paid for version of phpld if I can transfer the license I will with the site.
Also runs a paid for mod for submitters to submit deep links, rss feeds, etc

Nice custom theme as well.

Still gets traffic, previous months stats. Have had server issues this month so traffic is down slightly, however it is because of server issues 'down time'

Not 100% certain why the pr is zero....I do not worry about PR myself, never have.
As far as submissions, I have not been active in promoting directories for some time
