You need to widen your reach. Makes sure as many webmasters as possible are aware of your services and brand. Offer them something. Give them a reason to submit to your directory.
Make yours as unique as possible, awesome, irresistable and standing out from the rest, try something in a directory that has never been done before. Speculate but from time to time contemplate so that you dont go on recklessly without knowing where your heading. As mentioned above, be prepared to spend, but spend wisely. Try and offer something that makes them want to submit to yours, something that the rest are not offering. Theres no secret formula.
