Directory taking offers. 6 Months old. Predicted pr4.

Im thinking about selling my directory. (submitzoo.com)

I made the directory in Mid August.
Currently it has,
700 Active Links
160 Pending Links.

It would have about over 4000 links but the mysql database had been damaged because something happened to the server about 1 month ago.

The site has pretty good link popularity.
Current link popularity is 7356, check using submitexpress link pop tool

Has backlinks from many sites.
Currenly has 1036 backlinks from 81 domains.
Checked using Domain-pop

I have bought directory listing for the directory on avivadirectory & iwebtool

Its predicted to be a PR 4 on the next update which is very soon.
Checked using iwebtool pagerank prediction tool.

Revenue.
I think its made over $50 from featured links since it opened in August.
I dont have any records of payments because of the mysql damaged which deleted everything.
You can turn it into a paid directory when it gets the next google update which is soon, then it could potentially make alot more money.

Traffic.
The site use to get around 150-200 uniques daily.
The host stats are screwed, Ive contacted them about it and they said it had something to do the stats module and they are still working to fix some bugs.
You can use the Alexa graph as a traffic guideline.

Currently has an Alexa rank of 148,409.

The directory is well established with over 30-50 submissions daily.
It just seems to much work for me now so im looking to sell it to the right buyer. So if you're looking to get started with your own directory this is a nice project to get started with.

The directory is pretty cool, it shows thumbnails of the lsited sites aswell, looks very professional.

I just ask the buyer to keep 2 footer links: (DirectoryDump Web Directory & FSBO Home Real Estate Directory) in tact until the end of March.
