Directory Submitters Really work?

how much results has anyone gotten from directories; I need to see the value in spending hours submitting my links to these directories

There are submitters who work like $15-$25 per 1000 submissions...you can't ask for more I guess:d more over its manual submission so approval rate is high..

 

manual is more effective -- you may want to use some tools that autofill forms though as it will save you a lot of typing time

 

Being a directory owner. I have seen all sorts of submissions. The problem I see is that people don't even submit to relevant categories or they just try to submit to the TOP directory which isn't a category just a root. I've decided that it was just best to close my directories and make better resources w/ useful content.

 

I don't want to promote any submitting software but why would you want to submit to directories manually... it's going to take you ages. I got directory submitter and created about 50 different descriptions and it takes just a few hours to submit to 500 directories, how long does it take you to submit to them manually?
The other good thing about them is that they constantly update their database and after 4 months I got 300 more directories to submit.
As directories become less and less useful I don't see the point of wasting you time on them.

 

I am using low speed internet connection that is why i admit that it takes a very long time.
Well, you have read the posts above, approximately all are not in the favor of submitter softwares.

 

I do manual submission.I think it's the good way.
