No website has zero english content, the domain is a de domain and it's targeted only on the german market. Deep link submissions could works as I have some sort of wiki on my website, which really is 1 page specifically for every keyword I am targeting. Those wiki pages are optimized for those keywords. Directory subimissions have been done on english sites and 2 keywords are now 1 and 2 in google.com but in google.de ranking is only 11 and 16 so I will need more links specifically for german websites to push me higher in google.de
