Every now and then directory submission services are popping up with price range from $5-$15 for 100+ and so on with different packages and with a list of PR9-PR0. In that very list they have DMOZ directory. What happens is that, when you hire them for directory submission, they do it right away and submit you report, you are happy and they are happy. BUT every URL you give them is submitted and re-submitted to DMOZ, as a result that webiste ( I mean that URL) for which it was submitted is screwed up, because as per DMOZ, it goes down and deep down the list, in other words if your URL was submitted one year back in DMOZ, and these directory submission services keep submitting the same URL again and again, you get more harm than gain. I will urge everybody to be careful as well as to directory submission services to remove DMOZ directory from your so called directory list showing pr9-pr0 unless someone requests you in particular. You all guys are great, but this is very important for everyone to know it.
