    Package Purchased: 500 directory submissions
    Delivery: 1 business days. Very quick 9.5/10

    Communication: Nice and prompt. Found it some what unprofessional at times when I was requested to redo a Paypal transaction as 'gift' just to save seller a few cents. 6/10

    Quality of Work & Reporting: Looks like all 500 submissions have gone through. Report was basic unlike other submission services I've worked with before. Others provide a more detailed report in Excel document that list the directories submitted as well as their PR. In the end the job was done and a timely manner. 7/10

    Positives(+)/Neutral(N)/Negatives(-):
    + Very quick turnaround for 500 submissions
    + Value for money
    - Unprofessional conduct by seller re Paypal payment

    Would I recommend to others?: Ok with Directory submissions. I've had better but price for this service is pretty good.

    However, I just wanted to clear this up ,

    You said that i requested you to refund the Payment which you've sent me just so that i would save a few cents? I had already told you that i was only
    asking because i had about $10 in my PayPal you sent $5 i got fees and then i need minimum $15 CAD to transfer to my Bank,

    You eventually told me that you would do it and i refused.

    It is still unprofessional to request your customer to do what you were asking for. You persisted even after I declined (because I would lose money as I explained). Customers don't need to hear about your money issues with paypal. Live and learn. You need to up your degree of professionalism in order to stand out amongst the rest.
