    I think you shouldn't submit your link to directories. If you want to submit, just choose high pagerank directories. and bookmarking you should choose some famous bookmarking sites. I think you can try with 15 bookmarking sites.

    You and make backlinks from Directory and bookmarking and also get traffic. Use only high PR sites for submission. You can do 10-15 directories and bookmarking submission
