    As all suggests no need to submit to the same directory again and again.Try to submit some other high PR sites and go for other link building tactics as well.

    Directory submissions give a real boost to your search engine rankings, and are an important part of the SEO process.Need not to repeat submissions again and again.Its depends upon its acceptance policy.

    I guess , you can submit but not too frequently may be every 6 months is fine i think and also update your site and submit.
