    You can submit them again, but it would be better to do it with a proxy that way they wont come from the same account

    You don't need to resubmit your site in directory's. You have to read term & condition of directory submission. In today era, there are not much benefits of directory submission. If you want to directory submission again than you can change your category.

    I'd never submit it repeatedly to the same site since it will probably do nothing to boost the backlinks as your first is there forever. Also if you dont see your site listed theres no point in resubmitting it as you'll only be denied again and wasting your time and theirs.

    There is no need to submit same URL to repeatedly to same site, you have to find add new directory to submit same domain for submission. It is permanent backlinks for some sites.

    No need to resubmit into same directory again. some good directory sites take some time for approval and get permanent back link so don't waste your time.

    Once you have submitted the URL in particular directory then no need to submit the url for same keyword.

    Do not resubmit your site again and again when it is alrady on that site. First check is it submitted or not if it is not there then you can submit your site

    Not a good idea to submit the same articles to the same directories again, you will fall foul of the duplicate content issue, besides the good directories will let you know there is already a similar article on their server

    This depends on the submission guidelines of the directory but I wouldn't do it. For one thing, posting the same article will just get the second article tagged as duplicate content. You may want to look at other directories to submit articles to.
