    I paid this guy almost 2 weeks ago and as of yet, nothing has been done, and no reply has been forthcoming from any of my emails to him. Anyone know whats going on with this guy?

    If you are TibeDesign - please please contact me. Either do the work, or refund me.

    I was very interested and have a fair number of sites, however no one has reported back on the service. The only comments are that work has not been done. I will be interested once these customers have been satisfied.

    Initially PayPal wants you to resolve it on your own with the seller by communicating through PayPal accounts, I believe for 30 days. If not resolved by then, you may and should escalate it to a full claim.

    I have never gone as far as escalating a dispute, since all were resolved before.

    contactusa - thanks. I did see that. the thing is, after the first day the dispute was open, he replied to paypal saying it was SEO, and that the services were rendered. Then HE!!! escalated to a claim! The nerve of this douche bag is incredible. It'll come full circle im sure, and he'll get whats coming to him.
