Which is better when submitting to a directory. Is it better to: 1) To submit to a category page with a high PR, recently cached, with a lot of outgoing links. OR 2) To submit to a low PR category page of a directory, not recently cached, but with fewer outgoing links Same price. Thoughts?
its better to submit to the right category... or you can read their guidelines first before submitting..
First give the preference to category, then the page which is higher pr and also recently cached. and lastly before submitting read the guidelines.
