    Directory Submission is still effective. But it takes time to get approval and so backlinks. SEO is a long time process, so Directory Submission also will help you..

    Submission to Niche Directory – it's good to get links from niche directory. It adds value to your link relevancy.

    I thınk ıt does help - but don't pay for the automatic submission, cause all the little directories will njot help SEO wise. On the other hand, spending bigger money on qaulity directories is helpful and served my rankings

    Directory submission is still effective but it depends on the directory that you are submitting. There are 1000s of directories which can be not so useful for your website. But yes, there exist directory like DMOZ which can change your luck if its gets listed.
