200+ free directories submissions are already done. Now if you hire someone to submit another 200, how to make sure they don't resubmit to the same old ones? Ironically, previous list of 200+directories list is not available.

You must hire only persons company providing you the list. We always provide the submitted list in PDF and HTML format.

Yep you should use just one submitter to do all of them.

You should either use your old service provider, or else tell your new provider to check before submitting, this prevents duplication.
We normally use our list and hence if the client need extra submissions we just continue the list.

We can help (see link in sig). Most directories will give you an error message when you try to submit again, so your site won't be submitted twice.

Yeah, most directories only accept each domain once. They will give an warning of "site already exists", when you try to submit again.

It is better to use your old service provider if you want to submit another 200. In our service, we use our list and offer a real time online report to our clients, so if clients need extra submissions we just continue the list.

select you existing provider, surely he will manage your submissions right way, since they know which list of directories they have submitted.
if he is not available new provider can manage as well find back links and submit in sites where your link does not exist.
otherwise the provider can skip the websites where your site is already listed and move ahead, just he should be trust worthy to do the job :)

Search your Title, keyword or url in directory first. Most web directories are not accepting multi submissions, So it shows error message when you try to re-submit.
