directory submission services.... good or bad?

hi all. I'm looking to start submited my sites to directores. simply put, theres a lot of them out there. so i went looking for any kind of service that would do it for me. i came across this site:

I'm not sure if it will be search engine friendly if i go with them. i would of course hate to see my site get banned from the search engines. do you guys have any suggestions on if i should use them? if not who else? and is a service like this search engine friendly?

Good submission services that will submit your website to quality directories are very expensive but most do a good job. Submission services that are going to submit you to 800+ low quality link farms are a dime a dozen. In this instance the saying you get what you pay for applies very well.

I don;t think that directories submission is a bad idea.

 

Directory submission will be always beneficial for your site but you should choose services provider carefully.

For better response provider should have also update directories list.

Not the cheapest but they did do plenty of link/description variety.

 

i not sure about submissions service... one of my free blog directories still have spam submission and always waste my time...
