    how long does it take Directory Submission results to have an impact on search engines rankings?

    It depends on how frequently and deeply the directories you submitted to are indexed. It can be as little as a few days, if you get enough links in the right places.

    To find out how often a directory is getting indexed, do a site: search and look at some of the the cache dates. The more recent the better.

    it is depend that you should have to have static URL not dynamic, if you have dynamic, forget it they would not take many pages as many as they(SE) would index if you have static page/URL
