You can try to find general related topics, for example jobs, and search niche directories and general directories where these topics noticeably appear.

You can submit to categories like business->human resources, or some categories like resources, reference, etc.

 

I agree with the posters above. Most directories will not have a category for resumes, and some will actually create that category after you submit. Submitting to employment, human resources, etc. is most appropriate in the absense of a resume category.
