Directory Submission ... How to recheck if submitted!

I have recently opted for a service which has submitted my website to around 1000 directory... is there a quick tools which can tell me if my site has been submitted!

 

from their email notification or manually checking each directory.

Only from tha mails other way i don't know

 

does every submission results in a mail? ... whether successful or unsuccessful.

Also some directories take around 4-6 weeks for approving a link... so do i need to wait for 6 weeks?

 

I think that a backlink check will work fine. But directories take a long time to approve links so you will have to wait.

 

So in short there is no way.... other than to resubmit and check!

 

ask the guy(submitter) to give you a list of the web directories that your site has been submitted, then search on those directories for your website, and see if it is accepted!

 

As I notice, only one of three directories send confirmation submission emails. So, you should receive 300-400 confirmation emails from 1000 dirs package.
If you want to check, try re-submitting to some and you should receive "url exists type" message, if your site was submitted to those directories.
