Directory submission companies - YES or NO ?

I thought it would hire a company to my web page added to web directories. There are many companies that promise to make an entry in the 1000 directory for 25-100 usd. I wonder if you have any experience with this and who do you recommend?

 

I just use the digiXMAS Directory Submitter, the free semi-automatic mode is all I need.
You can create your own list of directories and import it. This free directory list is my favorite.
It would take about 10 hours to make 1000 submissions which is not much or just outsource it to some teenagers you know

 

Don't pay people to submit to directories, better to use that money to write articles so you can submit them to article directories or better yet to other blogs as guest posts.

The problem with paying for these directory submissions is they only seem to submit your site to spam directorys.

Find a good list of directorys PR3+ and submit to them yourself using a free automatic tool.

 

Better to do it yourself, I would not trust any company.

I'm not one site they had ordered, a list of directories is constantly updated.

 

You can going to Buy Sell Trade sub-forum to get that service. With ranging from $25 to $100, I think you will get your job done as well.

 

Save the money, it is not worth it. And btw, getting so many backlinks in a short time (provided that the company does what it says) will only raise a huge warning flag with Google. Build your backlinks slowly and naturally, SY

 

I completely agree with answer. You can daily submit your site in 10-15 sites not more that that.

 

well i was wondering if i would take the time and instead of submitting to lots of directory i will write few articles, will it give me better results?

Personally I think it's better to submit manually to a few good directories AND to niche directories - these directory submission companies basically just submit to lots of directories you've never heard of and I'm not sure how good the links will be from them.

 

Better to link with high pr directories instead of low pr free directories

 

Good luck, either way. I would do Free directories(self, cant trust others, unless you provide the list or strict instructions), a few good paid ones for deep links maybe. A bunch of rubbish articles out to the top 15 ezine sites.. and look for guest posts in your niche
