Buying Directory Submission and link building service

    I'm trying to promote my proxy site and would like to buy a directory submission / Link building service.
    However, I don't want link building through spamming or anything. I'm looking for legit ways to build links like submitting to DMOZ and other directories, etc.
    Please let me know the prices and the results that I can expect.

    P.S. Would prefer someone who can reach out to a dmoz (and other popular directories) editor so that it gets reviewed quickly.
