    To disappoint you the site was never sold due the pagerank export however it may still be for sale. Anyway, thanks for the great comments and I will continue to develop the site further in near days, so keep visiting for updates :)

    not everyone has the time to do their own seo or link building .I personally own 82 websites and I dont do it all myself .Cheaper in long run to hire in house person to do these tasks.Fact the buyer backed out shows pr still is inportant when considering the value of websites.
