Awesome, that is really good news for the directory industry. Looks a very basic site but worth delving into further with many listings and easy to navigate and find things there.
I think this shows there is a bright future for niche directories that work hard to be become an authority on one particular topic. My own view is that the future is less bright for general directories. Niche is the future
I have to agree with you on this, my general directory is holding it's own but my new niche directory is fast outrunning my general directory in daily uniques 4-1 and it's only a few weeks old. I've been kicking around the idea of a niche bidding directory, but I'm not convinced yet. I have no doubts though that the directory industry has a very bright future for those who think outside the box.
I have seen this site many times. An authoritive standard for niche directories. As it was a niche traffic and revenue were lower but either way, a good sale
Oops, the directory is PR 5, not PR 7 like it says in the SP sales thread. Thread was probably made before the update. $10,000 for a PR 5 free directory . . . Wow!
$10k for PR7 would have been dirt cheap price!!! PR5 is not bad too, with the work done on that and its maintainance.. after all maintaining a free directory isn't easy!
I think that the directory is worth more and must be making some really cool money ! Directories will always rock, thanks for sharing.
