We want a script that works very similar to the one on http://www.bazomb.com. We would like all of the content on the site to be selectable by area. See also http://www.thevipcard.com. It needs to be a directory script, browsable by area, have a page for each business listing, multiple coupon capable, and have a log-in for members if possible. We have looked at http://www.phpcouponscript.com and like it compared to Free PHP directory and Cavescripts, but want the user to select the city they are in.
