Directory script for windows?

Hello everyone
i apologize for this question i know its bit dumb, but i am newbie to this directory section - no experience at all
would anyone suggest me best directory script for windows?
i tried download esyndicat n PHPLD but they both require .htaccess i think
but i dont have linux server
does it still work on windows?? or any other good script for windows server?

Can any one please suggest me directory script for windows IIS server? i dont have apache installed on my server
i tried esyndicat and caffee links but it didnt worked neither PHPLD worked..
any other options??

honestly i dont know anything about these scripts however if you go to http://www.wampserver.com/en/ you can download a apache server package that installs easily.

 

i am tierd .. finally i will give up...
only free phplink directory work and that sucks.. it has very dumb loook
i would purchase some linxu server later this month

does anyone still have any suggestion for IIS server for windows directory script
