Directory PR update - May 2008

    Hi!

    It seems that Google PR update started in the last 24 hours.
    Let's see, what happened with our directories?

    Let me start it...

    TagDiri.com, my Tag Directory went from PR3 to PR5 [!] which, in my opinion, these days is an outstanding result.
    More: many of the internal pages went to PR4! One example: the Internet tags page.

    What about your directory?...

    An interesting fact: the amount of back-links Google shows has dramatically decreased.
    Example: my TagDiri.com had 660 Google back-links and now it has only 125.

    If we'll look at other directories, we'll see that the number of public back-links showed by Google was decreased:

    DirJournal.com - 2,850 back-links
    AliveDirectory - 1,400 back-links
    AvivaDirectory - 2,750 back-links
    NextDir.com - 207 back-links

    Interesting changes...

    Your nextdir was pr5 in the past, is that wrong? sorry i wasn't specific of the dir i was referring too.
