Directory PR: Detail pages have PR, but category pages do not?

    Can anyone shed some light on this? I found this directory (unrelated to me) that has the following situation ...

    Main page of directory has a PR of 4
    http://directory.phplinkbid.com/

    *ALL* category pages have a PR of 0
    http://directory.phplinkbid.com/Webmaster/

    Yet a bunch of the link detail pages have PR like ...
    PR 3: http://directory.phplinkbid.com/link/7.html
    PR 2: http://directory.phplinkbid.com/link/48.html
    PR 2: http://directory.phplinkbid.com/link/21.html
    PR 2: http://directory.phplinkbid.com/link/36.html
    PR 2: http://directory.phplinkbid.com/link/59.html

    Can anyone offer a reasonable explanation for this?

    The reason won't be very easy to dermine, however I would say that those particular internal categories have some inbound links point to then.

    Imo they have changed the directory structure.
