I have yet to see the PR0 sites gain PR. Zorg links, dirjournal, authoritydirectory etc are still 0

Also sites like webdirectorylist.com dropped to PR2 but the inner pages stayed pr0...which is plain retarded.

so maybe its not a proper PR update...who knows.

It is as usual, by usual I mean the last 2 or 3 recent false alarms the G system is a flawed system that has hundreds of DC's to update and quiet frankly on recent movements it clearly not capable in doing that in a timely or accurate way

When they have the capabilities of a real-time controls company then one will be able to say, that they are in for accuracy, but as most of us know that will not be on their horizons as many commercial elements are embedded into to these systems so that the end user ie the website is limited so they have to offset those limitations by spending on advertising PPC or similar

And guess what the same 3rd party does PPC

Work it out its not rocket science but it is a commercial world and as such there are no handouts

The way forward is hard work as always and what they do they cannot halt hard work and good solid marketing

The opportunities continue to open and when they open you have to enter that door and participate :)

    Yea,

Seems like alot of directories went down in PR.

Most of the directories I got listed here went down

    http://www.directoryjunction.com/established-directories/

Nothing against u but I don't think the G System is a flawed system. I think it's a very complex and robust system they have of propogating their data to their centers.

According to another thread, the PRs of many directories have dropped.

This means that the PRs of all sites listed in those directories will also drop. And then the PRs of all sites they link to will drop, etc.

In other words, the effect will spread to virtually all sites on the internet.

    Well, it's an interesting idea.

I think it's too early to tell yet how this will effect the sites who directly link to directories and are heavily reliant on them for PR. Although there was a lot of grumbling in the last extended PR thread about sites losing a notch.
