There is one common theme in that list and it is if you have the word Bidding as directory type your PR = 0 time to change the name and look of these if you plan to survive and need to rely on google.
I can see what some are talking about my directorymix for some data centers is showing PR3 and others PR3, but my www.nplinks.com still PR4 strong for 4th update
think G is making a major change in PR benchmarks.... or it is just a temporary change. Many major directories PR are dropping drastically from PR6 to PR4
So should we start to mention the directories having a PR change? Does this mean its a PR update AGAIN???
i think the pr is being updated on the directories and who provides directory servcies my site www.submitedge.com in some data centres pr 3 and pr 4 same thing applies for www.inetzeal.com/
Ive checked my 7 other non directory websites and no changes all same except an adult site made a change from PR1 to PR2 big surprise hope that sticks.
But when all the changes has happened ? Anybody have any idea ? Well, this is all about directory, what about websites.... I am not seeing any PR changes for any of my website or blog... I have one directory, but that's new and still has PR 0.
latest reports seem to indicate that its not just directories that got PR reduced.... but let's not jump to conclusions too quickly. It cld just be a shift in standards
Yeap. PR are dropping drastically from PR6 to PR4, PR7 to PR4, PR4 to PR2 Its time to sit back and watch google game
Absolutely you are right they are playing games with web sites. If i am not mistaken if pr updates happen then it should happen to all the pages of a web site. Till know they are only updating the pages whom they had given a pr before. They are not giving new page rank to the pages tht have been included
Wait a min guys, please don't conclude its only for directories. I have almost visited more than 50+ sites and all have a PR drop. I conclude PR is dropping for all and its slowly happening for everytype of sites too. I see drop in, Seo Services sites, blog, general sites, forums, directories and a lot more.... Please don't generate another myth that "ONLY DIRECTORIES" are having a PR drop.
I think you are right. If you look at the Google section, the same conversation is going on there as well....looks like all kinds of sites too. Who knows what G is up to.
well, Problogger is now PR4 from PR6.... so i suspect its a general shift downwards. May not be as bad as it appears.....
seems all those PR6 sites dropped to PR4, all PR5 went to 3. From all that i check, only argusvision and webdirectorybid are holding strong
