    I want to sell my PR 4 phpld directory, the domain was registered 3 years ago.

    Averaging 130 unique a day

    Domain age : 3 years old

    Site is more or less than 2 years old, I have change the old directory script used in the site, current installed directory script is less than 1 year I guess.

    Total Back link according to yahoo explorer is 1086

    Domain is registered at namecheap.com

    how long has this been a directory? none of the inner pages show any PR which makes it look like you just bought a PR4 domain and slapped a dir template on it and offered some free submissions.

    more than 1 year already I guess, the reason why all inner category have no pr is that I replace the directory script last May this year.

    Only getting some paid link from time to time, that's is the only source of earnings, I have not offer for the site sponsor link at the main page of the site as you see on the template. So if the new owner of the site can offer this space for sponsored link.
