Guess I should have been more specific first time round, sorry guys.

The idea is to add a link to other directories as well as some descriptive text on our main directory page as well as adding some information in our emails. I am also interested in a link exchange on all our site pages, by adding a link in our footer.

Our website is building a lot of momentum we are already on page 4 or 5 of google.com for the key phrase “business services”. I am sure you are aware this is a very competitive term.

I must stress I am only interested in discussing this further with established directories. I am fully aware our directory is new however the directory already has a PR of 3, with many internal pages ranked at 2. The sub pages are indexed in googles main index.
