The layout is a very well known stock theme. I agree it's a very nice one, but I am already active in few forums that use it. In order to appeal to the webmasters you need to have a unique look. Starting from this nice theme, make some changes, add something unique, change some colours and images ... It's a good layout, but it's the same as in many other forums. Nowadays a forum needs a unique look. You can keep this skin since it's a very elegant one, and then add something to distinguish yourself from the other forums using it. Congratulation for the work done so far

Pretty nice, just one thing I recommend doing is making the last post column a fixed width, so that it looks the same on every category.
