    Hello,

This is what in my head right now. I have a budget around $xx,xxx for this plan.
My plan is building 300 high PR directory network. Each directories would be PR3 or up. I'm planning to buy them and each directory would be in different class c IPs.

This is for link building purposes.

I need your opinions and let me know the reason please. Do you think i would waste my money?

    Thanks in advance.

IMO, i would try to build up your own private blog network than a directory network. Blogs are still awesome ways to get backlinks and get ranked, and loads of the pros have their own blog network that gets them great rankings.

It would be wiser if you spent those money on works that have better value such as traffic.

Very easy to do with something like SiteBurner.net (I can't live link yet). You add blogs to it, then write a spun post and it spins and send a unique version out to all blogs. It will create social bookmarks on a ton of sites for you to each of the posts. The posts get inter-linked to create a huge link wheel, making your posts very powerful, and the site you link to powerful with it.

Links on directories aren't so good these days, why spend money? Just pay for new content.

Yeh I agree, get yourself into a private blog network, you'll see a far more powerful effort in your SEO than directory links.
