Directory Network For Possible Sale

I might sell my 5 directories network
All directories are PR3. For unknown reasons the inner pages dropped to 0 on this PR update.
However I think the situation will get back to normal on the next update as domains are not banned or something like this. The pr prediction tool sees PR4/PR5 for these domains.

Revenue: avg $150 monthly via paid submissions ($5.55 for submission to all 5 dirs)
I used 2checkout for payments - I'm sure via Paypal the revenue would be higher
PLUS adsense revenue: $8.53 for June 2006
PLUS I also sold sitewide links - about $30 per month

however the latest bid of $350 means $70 per directory which is very low - considering these directories made $150-160 revenue per month

I'm expecting at least 6 months revenue else I won't sell. The current bid is only a little more than 2 months revenue

I'm not selling links until the next pr update because of the inner pages.
That's why I wanted to sell for quick cash. But now I think I will keep the network.
