Directory needs new owner to move it forward

    New directory of mine, and it really needs someone who can really promote this site.
    It is for blogs and forums only....niche to those.
    Not a general directory.
    No revenue or traffic to get excited about, it is new.
    No pr...again, new site.
    Registed not too long ago at namecheap.

    Terms of sale:
    Buyer moves the site and database to their own hosting, with cpanel access for 7 days only.
    Want to keep it hosted with me, it can be arranged.

    Auction only, with high bidder getting the site, unless the BIN is met at any time.
    Will keep this up for the next 7 days...so next Thursday, August 24th...the auction will end (again, unless someone meets BIN prior to).

    Start bid is $25, bid in increments of $5.00

    If no one bids on this directory, it will come off auction and I will keep it.

    BIN reduced to $75, but only for the next 24 hours.

    Then it is off the market.
