    I wonder if someone could generate me a text file of the top category Health with all subcategories (excluding related categories) and all links included from the DMOZ directory.
    Would require the following format:

    The text file has to be space, comma or tab delimited.
    Each record must end with a carriage return.
    Fields should be in the following format:
    Category, Title, Description, URL
    A category with it's sub levels needs to be separated via slashes. (The / character) For example:
    Animal/Alternative_Medicine/Herbs

    Also, how much would it cost and what is the time frame?

    You should look into the DMOZ RDF dump. I don't have a link at the moment I'm afraid, but take a look at the Help section on dmoz.net
